		Building Services General We have successfully refurbished and fitted out large office spaces, commercial kitchen areas and communal blocks including shower and toilet facilities. We can manage projects from start to finish and provide advice along the way for clients who need it. We aim to provide an honest and straightforward service with no quibble, no fuss and no excuses. We are a reputable and responsible company providing a general building service ranging from fitting a door to complete refurbishment. We provide an all trades service so works will be carried out from start to finish without you having to worry about finding your own different tradesmen for each project. Free estimates can be provided for all our services. Surveys and advice on design and specification are also available if requested.

		We are able to provide surveys, reports, recommendations and costings for any major new works and refurbishments that you may be considering undertaking and in conjunction with our aforementioned specialists will be able to service your requirements Added to all of the above we also have very good relationships with the major boiler manufacturers and building services suppliers including

		Regulations The Commercial Industrial Heating and Plumbing sector and Electrical Works are regulated in a number of ways and Lewken Ltd will always work within these regulations. These include: Health & Safety Gas working - Gas Safe register & ACOPs Water hygiene Regulations - L8 Regulations & ACOPs Electricity at Work Regulations - BS7671 Health & Safety representatives, in-house and specialist consultants
		All engineers or operatives employed or sub-contracted by the company are trained and competent for the tasks they undertake
